Reached at Fela’s home for my shift with Mina. Took handover from EO. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Teacch board updated with Fela. Social story for the (visiting Doctor ) printed out and go through it with Fela. Fela used the toilet passed urine then got ready to go. Then we drove to GP. On the way to GP we picked up Mama then make our way to GP. After appointment CC said goodbye to us and we drove to Gym. Fela had his snack in the car. He had 1 hr gym exercise. After gym we came back home then he had his lunch, dessert and glass of water. He dried all the dishes after lunch. After drying dishes he became vocal unhappy for 10 minutes. Later we did Makatons and education at home. He had his snack and smoothie. He was relaxing in the lounge. KO came in and i gave handover to him. I said goodbye to Fela.
