Shift Report for Day & Evening on 20/5/23
I arrived for the shift with Kingsley and Dan. Mina handed over to us and left. I said hi to Fela who has just woken up. Later I assisted Fela with his morning routine with Kingsley and breakfast was served.
He then relaxed and listened to music. He had lunch and when prompted he declined to go for drumming or take a walk.
He had his foot physio in the afternoon and a shoulder massage.
At the end of the shift Fela was relaxed watching television as I handed over to Ann.
