I arrived for my shift said hello to fela then had handover from Marc.
Marc then left. Julie went to so chore. I went and updated the board then I filed fela finger as he was picking at it and applied a plaster . I then sat at computer cand did some work. I then sorted the curtain rail on the living room.
At 10.30am fela sat at the table and had his snack I sat with fela while he had this. After he had finished fela went sat on the sofa nad I cleaned cobwebs downstairs. Fela then relaxed after his snack.
We then got our shoes on fela used toilet past urine, at half 1q we left to go on neighbourhood walk. We walked for 30min fela worked up a good sweat. On returing home fela removed shoes abd bag then wnet into the bathroom got changed. Once finished fela went sat on the sofa fan on and listened to music. I updated the board with fela. Fela relaxed listening to music.
We then sat down for lunch fela said prayer and ate neat and tidy. After lunch fela had his pudding. Once finished he went relaxed on the sofa and let his lunch settle.
Jule then went asked fela if he want lay down. So she got the room sleep ready and at 13.40pm fela lay down on the sofa. At 14.05pm fela appears to be asleep.
I checked on fela at 15.30pm and he was starting to wake. I would say fela slept from 14 05 til 15 30pm
I gave fela 5 to wake up and I opened curtains. I then took fela snack in to him and he came and sat at the table for his snack. I sat with fela while he had this.
Once fela had finished his snack we had came of domino’s. Myself abd fela played 3x just two off us and fela won every time Julie then joined and played another 2 rounds of domino’s. So in total we play 5 games. After every game I would ask fela if he wanted to finish or more nad he would sign more. At time I would swap which away round I said it. Finish or more then change it to more or finish, I did this just to make sure fela wasn’t just picking last sign I showed and said. Once we had finsihed domino’s fela went sat on the sofa and listned to music.
