Fela got out the bath at 10pm he did his routine well and was in bed woth lights out for 10:20pm. Fela slept from 10:30 to 12:30. Went back sleep at 1:30 till 3:45. He then remained awake. I toook his supplements up at 7 and then he did his routine well and came downstairs and had breakfast he is now listening to music
