Fela had his sleep mix and was out of the bath by 21:50
We went upstairs for his evening routine and had his head massage. He was in bed by 22:15 and he slept around 22:48.
He woke up at 1:35am and he was prompted to go to the loo. He stayed there for about 15 to 20 minutes so i spoke to him through the tablet to go back to sleep but he still remained there so i went up there to check on him and immediately he went back to sleep. He slept around 2:15am and woke up again at 3:50. He was prompted again to go to the loo which he did and came back but remained awake for about 30 minutes so i went upstairs again to check on him. The room was not hot neither was it cold. The bed was dry and free from creases. Then he said he want the DVD play. So i explained to him that it is not working. He was asked to sleep but remained awake and didn’t not sleep till 6:00 am even though he was when he was prompted again to go to the loo.
Went upstairs with his supplement, tea and banana at 7:20am.
Fela was assisted to bath and had his morning routine. We came downstairs for his breakfast. Paul and Abi came for morning duty. I handed over to them and petty cash was signed. When leaving he was sitting on his settee.
