I arrived at fela’s home for my shift. I said hello to fela and he also waved me back. Petty cash checked and signed. KO gave us hand over. We updated his TEACCH board. KO did the baking. Then we started doing everyday chores. Later we served fela his am snacks. Fela agreed for the drumming today. So we assisted fela with his downwear clothes. Fela used the toilet and he did (BO,PU). We left the house at 12.10pm. Fela did well with his drumming and stayed happy in his mood there. He also used the toilet after drumming and only (PU). Afterthat fela had an apple, pm meditation and a bottle of water. We arrived back to fela’s home and served him his lunch. Afterthat we tried to put movie on the plex but it was not working but fela also requested for a nap so he had a nap for an about 1 n half hour. Afterthat we woke him up for his snacks. VE also came for his shift. I gave him handover and signed petty cash..
