Fela got out the bath around 9:50 he did his routine well and was in bed with lights out at 10:20 he was asleep for 10:45. Fela slept straight through the night and woke at 6:20 he used the toilet and got back into bed. I took his refreshments up and then he got in the shower. He did his routine well and was downstairs for 7:45 had breakfast and supplements and then he relaxed listening to music, Michael came and pick him up
