I helped Fela get out of the bath. He was in room by 09:47pm. After all the night routines he was in bed by 09:51pm. He slept at 09:55pm and woke up at 03:21am. I prompted him to use the toilet, which he did. When I went to his room to check the bed, I found it was wet. I quickly changed the bedding and his clothes.
I prompted him to lie down and put on his eye mask.
He slept again by 04:00am and then woke up at 06:00am. I went to his room then we went downstairs. He used the toilet and emptied his bowels. He had a glass of water and his supplements.
After getting showered, he had breakfast, supplements, and green tea. Then, we went upstairs and dressed up. We returned downstairs to the lounge, where he was relaxing and listening to music
