I met claire at Felas house and we left in the car to go and pick up Fela from Mama and Micheals house. On arrival Fela was ready to go, myself and Claire packed the car with Felas bags and had handover.
Once back at the house Fela removed his shoes and went to sit in his rocking chair I put Fela some music on and did the board with him. Claire then put a dressing on for Fela. Later I went to collect to Aldi shopping, myself and Claire put away the shopping while Fela enjoyed his snack at the dining table. He then returned to his rocking chair, drank his apple and pear tea and continued to listen to music.
At around 12.00 the district nurse came to measure and redress Felas keyloids. Carla also spoke to the nurse via telephone.
We then all sat down at the dining table while Fela ate his lunch, Fela ate well. Fela then returned to his rocking chair to relax to music before we went out on a walk.
Before we set out for our walk Fela used the toilet, then put on his shoes and hat. We walked for approximately 1hour 5mins. Fela did really well working up a good sweat we stopped half way so Fela could have a drink. On returning back home Fela removed his hat, shoes and jumper. When he removed his jumped the dressing became detached from his head. Fela then went to use the toilet and removed all his clothing by request so that he could put fresh on.
Once he had finished on the toilet he became agitated. Making guttural noises, clapping hands and rocking backwards and forwards vigorously. This lasted around 5 minutes.
Once Fela had calmed he enjoyed his snack at the dining table then went to sit back in his chair and had his dressings redone.
Fela has been vocal on and off throughout the day.
