On arriving I had handover. Fela was sitting on the sofa having his snack. I said hello to fela and checked his lips. There is a few scraps on the inside of his bottom lip but seems fine. I started to prepare dinner and Claire did the board. We all sat down for dinner. Fela ate his very fast like he couldn’t get it in quick enough. He had his hot choc and he got a little agitated. This lasted only seconds. I went in to him and asked if he wanted me to sit with him he clearly said no and asked for 5. We both gave him some space. He then got agitated agin for around 3 mins. He went and sat down and was calm, he has been quiet for most of the evening. He had snack and then I supported him with his bath routine
