Arrived at Fela’s and said good morning, then had handover from Claire. Claire left. I cleaned the shower room, all light switches and pulls. Hoovered downstairs. Did dishes. Fela played on his Tong drum and listened to music. We all got ready and went out in the car for a walk in Ford Green. Fela had his snack half way round. On our return Fela took his outer clothing off after much messing in hallway and then became agitated in the lounge whilst sitting . Slapping his legs, clapping hands, hitting his own forehead, got very loud. Calmed after 5 minutes. Asked Fela to come for lunch and he asked for 5, 5 minutes later did use the toilet and then messed in the lounge for 10 minutes before sitting and saying prayer and eating. Became agitated again , hitting his own forehead and stabbing the plate and noisy. We left to give him space. Lasted throughout eating. Calmed when drinking his glass of water. Fela was asking all day about making lickings. Fela continued being noisy and clapping hard and loud whilst sitting in his sofa. Calmed after 15-20 minutes. I swept the floor in dining area. We all did some makaton all about foods. I showed Rob how to clean Fela’s keloids as he was scratching them. We checked petty cash. We then played with Mr Potato Head, which Fela seemed to enjoy. After listened to music, Fela became agitated again, vocal and rocking vigorously so gave him space again and calmed after 2-4 minutes. We got Fela a snack and drink, after a few minutes , we heard Fela in the kitchen and found him loading his bowl with crisps, he emptied a whole bag and rushed into the lounge with them. Again in an agitated mood. Again gave Fela space as didn’t seem happy at all and continued to be vocal. Listening to music at time of report.
