I arrived for my shift at 9pm fela was in bath i went and said hello and had handover from dario and julie,I prompted fela out off the bath at 21.50 pm, fela used the toielt past urine Fela then got himself dried. Once dry we headed up stairs and completed his evening routine well. Fela had oils and cream applied. Fela then used the toielt and past urine he then got into bed.
While fela was cleaning his teeth I applied some lavender oil to his pillows due to fela have few Amber or red alerts this week to see if this will help him have settled night.
We said prayer and i said good night music left on low
Fela was in bed for 22.10pm and asleep by 23pm
I heard fela at 1.30am he got out of bed went to the toilet past urine then got back into bed. Fela didn’t go back to sleep until about 6.15am
I then heard fela just before 8am so I took his refreshment up to him, I sat with fela while he had these.
Fela then got up used toielt past urine. He then sat on toielt and had large bowel movement. Once finshed on the toielt I prompted fela into the shower. He got into the shower, I supported fela with his personal hygiene. Then signed 10 mintues.
I went back up to fela and we completed his morning routine. He completed this well and was downstairs for just before 9am. Fela helped to make breakfast
He sat down and drank his aleo at 9 05. We said prayer.
