I collected Fela just after 9:00 he was waiting, shoes on and excited. Teresa reported apart for a loo visit he had slept through. We arrived at ours and Carla did the board with Fela. I then assisted him in preparing lunch for us all. Lamb hot pot, he was excited but cut up everything as required, he browned the mean, having stirred each batch very carefully, having given each piece of lamb a welcoming kiss! He chopped up the vegetables and stirred these carefully before putting into the casserole and enjoyed crumbling the stock cube into the stew – many items of vegetable were introduced to his socks before being cooked! Finally I sliced the potatoes and he arranged them on the top of the stew.
He then – as any great chef, left the kitchen instructing me to tidy up. He then told Carla he wanted Pizza for lunch!
He had his snack and watched Church, Carla had him up to dance. After church he retired to the red settee listening to music until dinner was ready.
This afternoon Carla gave him a manicure and he sang to Nana Hazel.
He was excited to go home with Zoe and Emma taking a box of cakes with him!
