<span;>Me and Dan left to fetch fela at about 9.25, when we got to green pastures fela was sat at the table about to take his supplements. He was vocal. On the car ride back fela was vocal but happy overall. We went to aldi straight from dropping his bags of and he was smiling in the car dancing to the music. When we got back to fela house he used the toilet and past urine before sitting in his chair with his music on. He asked for five. When we went back into fela he asked for five again. At about 11 I offered fela to do some colouring, he did so happily for about an hour and a half, he was still colouring at snack time. He wouldn’t put his colouring down to eat his snack. He continued to colour with his snack for the hour and a half laughing and smiling. I cleaned fela keloids at about 12.10. At 12.50 Dan started preparing dinner and I asked fela if he would like to do a walk at home. He said no 3 times. He was still colouring and really enjoying himself. Fela ate his dinner nicely at about 13.10. After dinner fela listened to some music for five while his food went down. At 2 we did walk at home with fela, he had loads of energy laughing and smiling whilst completing this. He did about ten minutes and got tired. Fela then sat down with his music on and coloured again. At 14.57 fela is still colouring seeming tired though asking for five. At about 15.10 we did makaton with fela, he did really well. I then read fela a story and he had his snack just after. He then asked for five. Fela became very vocal at 15.27, I went into him and he was rocking back and forth clapping his hands and slapping his legs. I left him alone for five. Fela kept asking for five after this we didn’t get chance to sit with after that. Clair and Julie came for shift and we had handover. Upon leaving fela was relaxing listening to music
