I arrived for my shift and fela was sat listneing to music. I went said hello to fela. Then went and had handover from Dan and jade.
I then went and started tea.
I then did the board with fela and we did foot physio and handle. Fela then relaxed listening to music.
Fela then used toilet and past urine.
We then sat down for dinner at 6.05pm fela said prayer very neat and tidy. Then had hot chocolate was full smiles and laughter. Fela didn’t ask for cake after hot chocolate and happily took of his apron and went sat down. Fela relaxing listening to music.
I then gave fela a facial trim. Once finished I cleaned all fela face and keliods with witch Hazel then creamed them all fela relaxed listned to music.
I then prompted fela to go on his gym ball he got on and bounce for about 5 mintues before going to the toielt and sat on the toielt for about 25 mintues and had bowel movement. By time fela had finished in bathroom it was 8pm and time for fela snack. He had his snack at the table once he had finsihed he wnet sat in his rocking chair
At 8.45pm Julie prompted fela into the bathroom. Julie supproted fela with his personal hygiene and gave him a facial scrub. Fela has been look very sleepy tonight and from about 7pm had to get prompting him awake
At time of wrting this report fela is happily splashing in the bath.
