Arrived on shift with Mina . Fela came downstairs and sat in the lounge relaxing. Loretta gave handover, board done and went through with Fela ,which he agreed. Fela listened to his music. Chores were completed, new fuse put in car for the washers. Snack prepared and Fela had. Lunch was prepared to take with us. Then we all got ready, Fela used the toilet and went in the car to Drumming with Joe. Fela became agitated once parked up and when out of the car so went back in the car and Fela continued 15 minutes all together outside and in the car ,guttural, rocking head and body. Once calm and in the car he had his lunch, dessert and drinks. On our return home he used the toilet and Fela sat and watched his film. After had snack, drink. Then Dan arrived on shift and had handover then I left.
