I arrived for my shift and Fela was sitting on the sofa listening to music, i went in and said hello then had handover from Emma and Alicia, they handover that fela had been agatized on and off all day, so i said i would ring Carla for advice as fela was having a chippie tea.
I cleaned and creamed fela keloids. I asked fela if we could do some foot physio and he clearly told me no. After specking to Carla so Fela didn’t have to miss out on takeaway i would ring the order through to Milton chippie and then Carla and Michael would go and collect it and bring it to fela for us.
Fela went and sat on the toilet at 17.50 i went in to fela and he asked for 5 so i gave him 5, carla then arrived with tea so i went in to fela again and he signed finished but then shut the bathroom door, so i gave fela couple mintues before going back in too him.
Once fela had finished on the toilet we all sat down for dinner fela said prayer well and ate well he appeared to enjoy his dinner. After dinner fela took his apron off and went and sat in his rocking chair at 19.00 i did the board with fela, fela then choose to watch bee movie.
I sat with fela he watched this,
8pm fela went and sat at the table for his snack. Once fela had finished his snack he went and sat in his rocking chair.
Fela then spoke to mama on the phone, once fela had finished on the phone he went in to the bathroom used the toielt and past urine.
Fela then got into the bath and i supported fela with personal hygiene
On writing this report fela is happily splashing away in the bath.
