On arrival we counted the petty cash and went to pick up Fela from green pastures at 9.25. When we arrived Fela was taking his supplements and was in a good mood. We packed the car with Felas belongings and came back home we met marc, we emptied the car while Fela waited in the car so that we could drive straight to aldi to collect his shopping. Once back home we unpacked and put away the food. Fela removed his outdoor wear and went to the toilet and had a bowel movement. Once finished Fela sat at the dining table to have his snack. At 10.35 until 10.45 Fela became adjitated hitting his head and banging on the table rocking back and forth. We gave Fela space and went into the staff room until he calmed. I then prompted Fela into his rocking chair and was in a good mood. Jade cleaned his keyloids and then gave Fela some time to relax and process his board before putting on his shoes for a neighbourhood walk. We decided a neighbourhood walk would be better then Chatterley because of his adjitation prior. Fela walked for around 25mins and returned home. Fela later had his lunch we said prayer together and Fela ate well. After he had finished Fela cleaned the table with his vinegar spray and a paper towel. He then went to sit in his rocking chair to listen to music. Later we did makaton together (Medical and body parts) and then had his snack. Fela had been requesting a nap before we started makaton so we made the room sleep ready with relaxing music while he lay on the sofa. Fela didn’t appear to sleep but was silent from 15.30 until 16.00. He then woke and took himself to the toilet and chose to sit on the sofa afterwards. We then did some chores and Emma arrived. Handover given. I then updated the board and started to pack his bags. We then did foot physio and handle together. Fela appeared to be very tired and asked for a nap again after dinner we told Fela that it was too late for a nap but it wouldn’t be long until bed time and offered him a shave. Emma gave Fela a facial trim and later had his snack I then ran Felas bath and he did his bath routine very well laughing and smiling. I washed his bath for him and assisted him to wash his hair. He is now splashing in the bath.
