Fela took his sleep mix and was out of the bath by 21.40. Dryed Felas back and he used the toilet before heading upstairs. Had all creams applied and then went to brush his teeth. Passed urine again before getting into bed. We said prayer and good night. Fan and music left on low. Fela was in bed by 22.10. He slept at 23.20. Woke at 4.20. Went back to sleep at 5.50. I woke Fela at 7. Took up supplements, tea and an apple. Then used the toilet (opened bowels) he then got into the shower. Afterwards got ready brushed his teeth and came down for breakfast. Sat down we all said prayer together. He then started his scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on toast. Handover given.
