21/06/2025 – Sleep shift – Mercy Kemboi

Shift Report:

Fela was supported to bed at 10:25 PM, completing his evening routine calmly and without any issues. He appeared relaxed and settled, and he fell asleep at approximately 11:20 PM. He slept soundly until 1:23 AM, when he briefly woke up and was supported to use the toilet. He returned to bed shortly after and was back asleep by 1:30 AM. There were no further disturbances throughout the night, and he remained settled until morning.

At 6:30 AM, Fela was gently woken to begin his morning routine. He got out of bed willingly and came downstairs, where he took his morning supplements without any concerns. He was then supported to have a warm shower, which he tolerated well. Following his shower, breakfast was prepared and served, and Fela ate well with a good appetite. After breakfast, he returned to his room to complete his personal care, including applying creams and getting dressed for the day. He accepted support as needed and remained calm and cooperative throughout.

When day staff arrived, a full verbal handover was given. Petty cash was checked and signed. Fela remained in a positive mood throughout the shift and engaged well with the morning routine.
