Reached at Felas home for my shift. Fela was having breakfast say hello to Fela. Then Me and KO took handover from VE. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Teacch board updated with Fela. Then we did the everyday chores. Fela played with the tongue drum. Fela had his snacks and tea after that Fela got ready for the Church. He used the toilet passed urine then we drove to church. Fela was calm and happy in the church. A gentleman said pray with Fela. We spent more then 1 hr at church. Fela used toilet and passed urine. Then we drove to Carla & Michael home for the lunch. Fela had his lunch, dessert glass of water and cake. Fela used toilet and opened his bowels. CC gave him nap he slept around 1 hr. CC awake him up he used the toilet. CC also trimmed Fela’s hairs. He had his snacks and ice lolly. Then we went back to Fela’s home. EO was already at home. Fela used the toilet and passed urine KO changed his clothes. Gave handover to EO say good bye to Fela
