Shift Report:
On arrival for my evening shift, Fela and staff where not back from green pastures. I did the shopping list. Later Fela, Kingsley and Shahab came in. I said hello to Fela, then Kingsley changed his clothes. I had handover, signed petty and updated the Teacch board. Fela bounced on the gym ball for 10minutes after which he had his dinner and hot chocolate drink. Fela dried all dinner dishes. He had his foot spa, then his evening snack. Fela’s bath ran and assisted by kingsley.
