Fela was out of bath by 9:46. He was assisted to dry himself, brushed his teeth and emptied his bladder and we went to his bedroom to complete his evening routine. The room was a bit cold (19.8) and outside temperature was 14 so I changed the duvet to 4.5. He was in bed by 10:07pm and slept around 10: 28am. He woke up at 3:14am and was prompted to use the loo which he did. I went to his bedroom to check the bed and it was wet so I changed the bedding. He remained in bed till 4:15am when he slept. I woke him up at 6:22am. We came downstairs and he had his water, before shower supplement and he was assisted to have his shower. Fela had his breakfast and his morning supplement. Kingsley arrived for morning duty early to help me get Fela ready by 9:00am. Social story of his visit to the Dr Noyan was read to him and he seemed to be okay. We went upstairs to complete his morning routine and came downstairs to the lounge. Dan came for morning duty. I handed over and we all signed petty cash.
