I arrived this morning for my shift with DW. WA gave us a handover and she made us aware that Fela has been vocally unhappy rsince morning. We gave CC a call and she advised we ask Fela if he has any pains with his teeth. DW asked Fela if he has any tooth pain and Fela said no. There after I went and updated Fela’s board and made him aware that green door was closed as advised by CC. Fela was happy to go to Longton park. Then after i started with some chores whiles DW get his snack and packed lunch ready. We set of after all was done to Longton park. Upon arrival Fela was looking excited and walking with energy and touching as much trees as he can. After some minutes of walk he was looking exhausted and we gave him his lunch. After the lunch we continued to have some time of walking as well then later got into his car and drove back home. Upon arrival Fela went and sat on his sofa to listen to some music. Later his snack was made ready. CC came in to drop some stuffs and also took me through some of my portfolios and that was great. Fela had some colouring which he was happy doing and didn’t want to do anything again. MH arrived and DW gave him hand over. Fela had his dinner and also helped with drying dishes. He refused coach Angel because he was happy with his music.
Fela has his massages done and later had his snack and sleep tea. He was given a shave and I took him the bath before leaving.
