Fela was awake at 9:00 I have taken his supplements and drink plus fruit . I have asked Fela if he would like to use to the toilet , Fela just frowned at me and started to wave his hand so I left the room.
Teresa has asked Fela if he would like to use the toilet but got no response.
I have gone back up to Fela and asked if he was ready to use the toilet , Fela has then got out of bed and walked around the bedroom and pointed back to the bed as I was making it.
Fela has then gone into the shower room used the toilet and is now sitting down on the toilet and requested five mins .
Teresa has gone up to Fela , Fela has finished on the toilet and then took himself back to bed and asked Teresa to leave . Fela has had a very large bowel movement no blood .
Teresa has checked the camera as I was going to see if Fela was ready for a shower but he is fast asleep.
I have spoken to Clare and going to leave Fela for another half an hour sleep.
I have gone upto Fela as I heard him , I have asked Fela if he would like a shower Fela has just moved around on his bed a couple of times waving his hands , again I have asked Fela if he would like a shower and he has said no five .

Fela has got out the shower and started his morning routine but then become agitated, once calm Teresa has asked if he was ready to carry on and Fela has then become agitated again, we have left Fela to calm down .

I have gone up to Fela and asked if he was ready to clean his teeth , Fela has gone into the bathroom cleaned his teeth and then became agitated, when Fela has finished he has thrown his toothbrush and then came running downstairs into the front room.
I have asked Fela if he would put his apron on which he has and then sat down I have then gone in with breakfast/ lunch as it was 11:50.
Fela has said pray well and ate his food , Fela has then had supplements but before finishing the supplement Fela became agitated and then very agitated last for about five mins .
