I arrived for my shift fela was sat on the sofa listening to music. I went and said hello to fela. Then had handover from Ruth and Emma.
Ruth left. We went into fela and introduced fela to Kingsley. Fela smiled but then asked for 5. Board updated we gave fela 5 and went into the kitchen and started dinner preparations while going through things with Kingsley.
I cleaned and creamed fela keliods I went and did for foot physio and handle with fela and Kingsley observed and explained why fela does these. Emma then prompted flea into the bathroom he used the toielt and past urine then got undressed and stright into the bath (fela did this with no messing or threading) Emma supported fela with his personal hygiene
