Shift Report:
Fela was out of the bath at 21.50. Assisted to dry his back and he Dryed the rest. Brushed teeth and passed urine before heading to the bedroom. He was in bed by 22.15. Fela was asleep by 22.30 and woke up at 3.00 to use the toilet he then got back into bed (bed checked and dry).Fell back asleep at 5.30 and at 6.45 I went to wake Fela up. Came downstairs had water and supplements and got into the shower. Afterwards we sat for breakfast. Went upstairs to complete routine and came downstairs.
