Arrived on shift with SS .Fela was in the lounge,listening to music said hello to him.petty cash counted and signed by Ss,KO and I.KO gave us a handover report. TEACCH board was updated. Cc rang and informed us about the new car that will be brought then later on Fela’s car will be taken to garage.Did the house chores. Fela hesitated to go to the gym,kept asking to be given 5 minutes .We rang CC about the issue of Fela being hesitant,whom she asked us to give him 2 options to choose between going to gym or for a walk.Of which we did and Fela chose to go to the gym.We went to the gym , he used the toilet opened bowel, did some exercises in the gym for 30minutes.
Drove back home.prepared lunch,SS gave Fela a social story about the car repair.
Lunch was served,prayed and ate together in the dining room. He also had a desert and a glass of water.Carla and Michael arrived.Fela helped to dry the dishes.
He went to the lounge to relax.I updated the TEACCH board . Carla did Fela’s manicure .
makaton was done at 14:30.
Later on we prepared fruit salad for Fela,had his snack and melon juice.
He requested for a nap at 15:50.
