Shift Report:
Arrived for my shift, Fela was having a nap. He woke up shortly after, went to the toilet and passed urine. Handover given by Mercy. Dinner prepared by Shahab and we all ate. Fela had his hot chocolate, then dried all dinner dishes. Later Fela had 15minutes gym ball exercise. I sewed the torn blue dryer. Fela had facial trim, shoulder message, and his snack, then spoke with his Mama on the phone. Bath prepared and assisted by Shahab.
