Came for evening duty said hello to fela who was sitting on his settee listening to music. Paul and Dan handed over to me . Petty cash signed .The TEACCH board was updated with Fela. We prepared dinner and Fela had his dinner and hot chocolate. He had his foot physio and shoulder massage .
He had his shave afterwards
Fela was served with his snack and tea. He became very vocal unhappy, agitated, at the edge , clapping and rocking. I gave him a space to calm down. He was offered a handkerchief with lavender to wipe his face . He calmed down in about 20 minutes.
We asked him whether he is having any headache and he signed no by nodding his head.
