I arrived for my shift and fela was about to sit down for breakfast. Fela was vocal. Marc arrived and we had handover, Julie informed us that fela had very little sleep and was on a red alert. After breakfast fela sat relaxing to music, we phone Carla and she said to give fela the choice between green door and rest. Fela chose to rest. Fela had his snack and I cleaned felas keloids and got the room ready for felas nap. Fela used the toilet and had a bowel movement. I put felas diffuser on with lavender oil in and applied lavender oil behind felas ear and to his temples as told to do so by Carla. Fela then had his nap but didn’t go to sleep. I then made sure felas bag had everything in and when it was time we got fela ready to go out. Fela used the toilet and had another bowel movement. Fela got his outwear on and we headed for Toby carvery. Fela had a banana in the car. When we arrived at Toby carvery fela was excited and we got seated at the Tabke. We had our meal and fela used the toilet. He passed urine. Fela then had his sorbet and we left. Once we arrived back at felas house he took of his outwear and went to the toilet. Fela had another bowel movement. Fela had been falling asleep in the car so we offered him a nap and he agreed. Fela went to sleep. I then blew up the balloons for felas birthday and Dan arrived. Upon my departure fela was still asleep.
