Shift Report:
On arrival I had handover and then said hello to Fela I then started to prepare and cook dinner. At dinner time we all sat said prayer and Fela ate well, he then had his hot chocolate. Once finished Fela went to the toilet. Afterwards I updated the board and soon put on Felas shoes for a neighbourhood walk we walked for around 20mins once returned he recieved a shave and cleaned his keyloids then had his snack. I ran his bath and he did his routine well. He is now splashing in the bath
