Shift Report:
WA & LP gave handover, Fela was relaxed in the lounge, he smiled when he saw me. I updated the board with him then we had a call from CC advising on Fela’s graze wound and also checked up on him. I put plaster on the graze, WA cooked dinner and Fela took his supplements before food. He went to use the toilet afterwards, went back to the lounge to relax and we did 20 minutes of walk with Jules. He has his supplements, snack and assisted to ring mama. Got shaved, his bath ran and I bathe parts of his body for him.
