Fela was out of the bath by 21.50 after asking for 5 he got himself dry and I helped with his back he then passed urine. we headed upstairs applied all creams and then brushed teeth and used the toilet again before bed. Fela was in bed with lights out by 22.25. Fela stayed awake until 1.30 when he fell asleep, he slept through until 6.50 when he used the toilet to have a bowel movement. Fela stayed on the toilet until 7.15. I brought his fruit/drinks and supplements up to him and sat with him while he had these. He then got into the shower and did his routine very well. Brushed his teeth and came down for breakfast. On leaving Fela is enjoying his breakfast.
