Shift Report:
Fela got out of the bath around 10pm he did his routine well and was in bed with lights out by 10:30pm fela did not go to sleep until 2am and then I woke him at 6:45 he had his supplements and then used the toilet and then he got back into bed and lay down. Fela has been silent and looks to have gone back to sleep. Fela is still asleep in writing my report
