Reached at Fela home for my morning shift Fela was in the lounge and he was noisy. RP came in and we took hand over from EO. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Teacch board updated. We did all the chores and we did baking. Fela had his snack and smoothie. Fela used toilet and passed urine and got ready for the Bursulm Park. We drove to the park Fela had 40 mints walk there and he had an apple and water by sitting in the park after the walk. Then we drove back to home Fela used toilet and we changed his clothes because it was wet with sweat. Fela had his medication, lunch, desert and glass of water. Fela opened the kitchen cupboard and requested for the oatcakes again and again then we gave him oatcakes. We gave him massage and he was vocal happy. We tried to play the movie on plex but it was not working so Fela was listening music. He had his snacks and choice of tea. VE came in and took handover from RP. We payed puzzle game Fela was excited and happy. Fela had his evening medication dinner and hot chocolate. Fela used toilet and opened his bowels. We gave him shoulder massage. He had his snack and tea. Fela had a call with Mama. We gave him bath he was enjoying of it. Gave handover to VE say good bye to Fela.
