I arrived for my shift fela was sitting in his chair listening to music. I went said hello then had handover from Dan and nadia.
Nadia them did the board with fela and handle and foot physio while started getting the dinner ready. Nadia cleaned and creamed fela keliods.
Fela became agaited rocking back wards and forwards virgosly gruntal nosies this lasted for about 10 min fela then was base line. Fela relaxed listneing to music.
At 18.00 fela used toielt past urine then we sat down for dinner. Fela saidp rayer and ate neat and tidy. Once finished fela went sat in his rocking chair and listened to music. While I did some weeding in the garden nadia propmted fela on to his gym ball, once I had finsihed in garden o went into the living room to sit with fela who was bouncing but signed finished. So fela finished nadia said he Bounced for about half hour. Gela relaxed in his chair.
At 8pm fela went sat at the table and had is snack once finsihed his snack he went sat in his rocking chair and relaxed listening to music.
At 8.35pm I prompted fela into the bathroom he used the toilet and past urine. Fela then got undress and into the bath I supported fela with his personal hygiene then gave him a facial scrub fela seemed to really enjoy this.
