Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath at stoke 9:55. He did his routine well and was in bed with lights out at 22:20. Fela went sleep at 11pm and then slept untill 3am he then used the toilet and got back into bed. He went back to sleep around 4:30. He then woke up at 7:05. I took his supplements and tea and fruit up and then he did his routine well and came downstairs had breakfast and supplements and is now listening to music
