I started my shift at 9:00am at Michael and Carla’s home. I met and greeted fela. Fela was on his bed and having his cup of tea with an apple. He was vocal. After some time he had his shower. I applied deodorant and body lotion to him. I assisted him with his fresh clothes. After-this, he brushed his teeths and came downstairs. He had his breakfast around 10:10am with his morning medication. He listened to the music for half n hour. At 11:00pm we offered him to dance but he refused and requested to do the colouring and it has been provided. He did colouring for about 15-20 mins. Then he had his snacks with juice. We offered him to come outside with us and he was agreed. He putted his shoes and socks by himself with very little assistance. He came outside in the backyard with us to play catch ball but he didn’t shown any interest so we started jogging. Fela did 2 laps and said he wants to go inside so we all came back. He removed his shoes by himself and bounce on the gym ball for over 20mins. Then, he had his lunch, lunch dessert and his medication. Now he is sleeping in the upstairs room on the sofa. He woke up after an hour and had his snacks there. Then carla came around 3:30pm and then we left with fela to his house with Dan(04:47pm). I met and gave handover to WA and AM. I assisted AM to fold the clothes, made bed and some other chores with WA. Fela is watching T.D jakes and settled on his sofa. He went to the toilet 3 to 4 times today and every time he passed urine. Fela was also vocal happy and vocal unhappy today. I finished my shift at (05:00pm)
