Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath around 10pm. He did his routine well but with a lot of touching things repeatedly. He used the toilet and got a little agitated on there. He got into bed and we said prayer and I left his nature sounds on. Fela was in bed by 10:30. Fela was awake until 3:15 getting agitated on and off through the night. Fela is still asleep on me writing my report.
