On arrival Fela was finishing his supplements at the dining table. We had handover from Julie I then went to sit with Fela while he finished his supplements. Fela was slow processing and very vocal this morning. When he sat in his rocking chair to listen to music I did the board with him and he remained very vocal. Later I asked if he would like to remove anything from the board he immediately removed walk and calmed a little afterwards. At 11.30 Fela sat at the dining table to enjoy his snack he was happy while we sat with him then returned to his rocking chair to relax. Fela was calm and remained baseline until lunch time 13.20 were he became very adjitated, clapping his hands, banging the table, making gitteral noises, high pitched noises, rocking backwards and forwards, slapping his head and sweating a lot. This lasted until 13.45. Afterwards I noticed that Fela had been scratching his left keyloid causing it to bleed so we managed to get him to sit in his rocking chair while I cleaned and creamed his keyloids aswell as giving him a shave incase the hairs were causing him distress. He then put on his shoes and used the toilet before putting on his outdoor wear and driving to longton park where we walked for around 30mins.we then drove back and arrived home where Fela went to the toilet. I gave Chris handover.
