I Arrived at felas and had handover from Claire. Fela was happy smiling, Jodie and Julie came shortly after. Fela was in his chair and asked for 5. At about 9.15 feka used the loo and passed urine. Julie went to clean the shower room, I wiped around in the kitchen. I did the board with fela and then he asked for five. We all sat down at the table at snack time, fela asked to say prayer. After snack feka sat in his chair listening to music. At about 11.15 fela used the toilet, I’m not sure if he actually went though. I asked fela to get his coat and shoes on ready for a walk and he asked for five, he was vocal. After having five fela got his outwear on and we went for a walk, fela led us around. When we got back fela used the loo and Julie helped him change his clothes, he was slightly vocal. Fela had a bowel movement and I then read him 2 stories while Julie prepared his lunch. When asked to come to the table for lunch fela asked for five. At 13.00 fela sat down, we said prayer and fela ate. Julie made fela some homemade custard to go with his cake and he really enjoyed it. When fela was done he sat in his chair and we did some makaton with him, he was happy. Once we had finished doing makaton fela did some colouring and was really happy smiling and laughing. Julie sang to fela and he really loved this, laughing and smiling with Julie dancing here and there. Fela had a bowel movement and then we sat down at about 4 to watch a film, fela chose the bee movie. He was very happily vocal. Claire arrived and we had handover
