On arrival Fela was in the shower we had handover from Anne and checked/signed petty cash. Once the shower was turned off Fela became adjitated was given time to calm. Once calm he began his morning routine. All creams applied and brushed his teeth. Came downstair at 10.45. He then did some messing before sitting for breakfast. We said prayer and started breakfast followed by supplements water and tea. Afterwards he removed his apron and sat on the sofa. Board updated Fela was offered a choice of sensory activities (foot spa or shoulder massage) he chose foot spa. Foot spa was given and Fela was very happy. Fela was served with his lunch. Carla and Micheal came for the birthday celebrations bringing cake a gifts. After a lot of messing Fela finally sat to open his presents. He then had a nap and head massage after ripping all the wrapping paper. He had an hours nap and was woken. Dinner was ready and Fela became adjitated punching himself in the head and very unhappy. Fela was asked if he had headache he replied no. Fela looked very tiered prior. We decided to give 2 willow bark before dinner. We said prayer and ate Fela took a long time to finish. Fela then had a shave and was served with his snack. At 20.30 Fela became adjitated again rocking vigorously clapping making gutteral noises. This lasted until 21.00 Carla came by to drop off the sleep mix. Fela had sleep mix before his bath eventually he calmed. Fela was assisted into the bath around 21.40, calm when leaving.
