Shift Report:
Fela got out the bath around 21:55 he dried himself and then we went up stairs. Routine done well and was in bed with lights out around 22:20. Fela didn’t go to sleep until around 00:45am he then slept till 04:10 he used the toilet and then got back into bed fela then was awake till 6:20. Fela woke at 8:30 it took him 10 mins to get out of bed to use the toilet. And then another 10 mins in the toilet. He then got back in bed and had his fruit supplements and tea. I then got him in the shower.
