When i reached at Fela home he was having his breakfast and he was vocally unhappy say hello to Fela but he didn’t reply. Then we did Teacch bord with him. Finished all the chores. He refused for the gym he requested for walk with nick he did walk with nick 15 mints. Then he had his snack and juice. He was listening music then he had his medication. We prepared lunch for Fela. He had his lunch full and dessert full. Two glass of water he had. We did Makatons and reading. Then he had his snack and Choice of tea. We gave him Nap he sleep around 30mints. We was preparing dinner for Fela. VE came in gave handover to VE and KO. Say good bye to Fela when he was settled in lounge listening music.
