Fela got out of the bath at 21.30 got himself dry and I assisted with drying his back using the toilet afterwards. We headed upstairs he did his routine well and used the toilet again before getting into bed. Fela had a head massage and we said prayer. Fela was in bed by 22.05 and asleep by 22.20 he slept through until 5.30 and stayed awake. He had his supplements and an apple at 6.40. Once finished used the toilet and entered the shower. Fela did his routine well and was downstairs for breakfast at 8.05, took his supplements. He then sat on the sofa with a cup of spiced ginger tea while watching TD Jake’s. Handover given. On leaving Fela is calm and relaxed on the sofa.
