Came in for my long day shift with MH and we signed the petty cash and the TEACCH board was updated, Fela accepted to carry out the activities for the day.
We did our chores and we waited for the district nurse to come before we could go for our shopping then CC called to ask about Fela and we updated her. The district nurse came and finished dressing the keloid for Fela before we left for our shopping. The district nurse also called CC.
Fela participated in our shopping today which he seems happy and he requested for toilet which he went then we headed to the butcher shop, after which we went back home and our lunch was prepared we all Said our prayers before having our lunch.
Fela cleaned the dishes and the table after his lunch and he had his nap which he slept for 30mins.
WA came in for her night shift and we gave her handover and the petty cash was checked and signed also the TEACCH board was updated which Fela accepted to carry out the evening activities.
We did our gym ball for 15mins before going for our dinner. We also said our prayers before having our meals, Fela had a shave, his shoulder massage and foot physo before going for his bath. The bath was run and WA assisted in giving Fela his bath and Fela was left to enjoy his water splashing.
