Arrived at Fela’s and said good morning as was finishing off his breakfast. We Had a handover from Mina, petty cash checked. Fela became quite vocal, we did house chores. I went into Fela to put his socks and trainers on and as he was putting one of the trainers on he became very vocal and vigorous rocking about 10am. Withdrew as Fela became very agitated shouting, rocking, bagging the back of sofa with his back, slapping. Called Carla and recommended for lavender oil and give space, maybe sensory activity later on or a story. The agitation continued for approx 1 hour. Calmed but still unhappy. He had a snack and drink. Seemed to cheer up a little as lunch time approached. Fela used the toilet, then sat, said prayer and ate. After had an ice lolly. He then sat on the sofa listening to music. Later was asked if would like to go to the butchers as seemed happier and Carla suggested, Fela refused. Let Carla know so could fetch the meats and veg. Fela did agree to a nap which he had and slept well for an hour. He awoke as Carla and Micheal were delivering the meats etc. He then had his snack and drink and listened to his music. Gave willow bark in case he is any pain. Listening to music at time of report.
