Shift Report:
Arrived for my shift at Fela’s, MH & BK gave handover, dinner was already prepared and the MH updated the TEACCH board with Fela. We had dinner as Fela appeared happy although he declined the evening exercise and did foot physio and brain boosting after that. He had his neck massage, shaved and did drying of the dishes as well, he had his evening snack and then spoke with mama after that he used the toilet and his bath was ran.
