I arrived at Fela’s at 21.00, had a handover from Claire and Ruth and then said evening to Fela. Claire and Ruth left. Fela asked for 5 three times then came out of the bath. I assisted with drying his back and Fela dried rest. We went after Fela threaded a lot, upstairs to go through the night routine. Fela has been quite vocal. Fela , after more threading , got into bed and had a head massage , said prayer, music on low and left. Fela was in bed by 22.30. Remained awake and got up used the toilet at 12.55, quite noisy. Messing with objects , threading for a while. Got back into bed at 01.05, Fela lay down and settled., went sleep at 02.15. Awoke at 06.00, asked Fela to use the toilet, and did so. Messing with items and then became very agitated and very vocal around his bed at 06.25 , noisy, vigorous movements and very unhappy. Got back into bed and remained agitated and vocal and vigorous movement and awake. Went up with supplements , tea and fruit at 07.25. Was vocal. After his tea at 07.50 Fela chose to lie down again and rest. Seemed in better mood, went up to Fela as didn’t seem to want to sleep, asked for 5, so went downstairs again. Went up again and Fela asked for 5 insistently, so left again. Went up and Fela did want to go into shower, very vocal with smiling. Threaded lots of items in room before using the toilet. Had a bowel movement sometime in the night. Asked for 5 whilst on the toilet so I left the bathroom. Went back, Fela became vocal unhappy sounding although did get in the shower and asked for 5, so left. Remains vocal in shower. In shower at time of report.
